Adult Swim Lessons
Ages 16+. You’re never too old to learn how to swim. This class teaches beginners through advanced level swimmers.

Professional Rescuer CPR & First-Aid
Ages 16+. This class includes training information for Infant, Child & Adult CPR and AED and First-aid skills.

Ages 16+. This class includes training information for Adult CPR and AED.

Ages 16+. This program introduces adults to the basics of Taekwondo, including: forms, tournament sparring, street self-defense and weapons programs developed by the Master of the ATA.

Fencing
Ages 14+. Learn beginning to intermediate skills of fencing, including: footwork, lunge, offensive and defensive moves. All equipment is provided for the beginner class.
Intermediate classes are instructed with electrical scoring. Fencers must be able to provide or purchase own equipment.
All beginning classes will be 1 hour long except for the Adult Beginner Foil Class. All intermediate classes are 1 1/2 hour long. There will be a tournament every 16 weeks.

Ballroom & Wedding Dance Basic
Ages 18+. Learn the basics of Ballroom, Latin and contemporary dance: how to lead, follow and more. This class is for anyone who would like to learn how to dance or plans to attend a wedding. Getting married? Bring your song on tape or CD to practice for your special day.

Ages 18+. Refine your skills and learn more patterns and steps to the various dances like foxtrot, swing, waltz, 2 step and polka. Prerequisite: Ballroom Basics Class

Belly Dancing
Ages 14+. Women of all ages and sizes will love the new craze that is sweeping the nation. Enjoy the benefits of this low impact dance while you explore muscles you never knew you had. Learn the Fluid, smooth and graceful “Foundation Moves.”
Level I: Basic instruction – suitable for beginners.
Level II: Challenge and progression provided by instructor for those who are not at beginner level.
Prerequisite: Must have taken at least one Level I Belly Dance class.

Latin Dance
Ages 18+. Learn the basic steps of Salsa, the Cha-Cha, Rumba, Mambo, Tango and Samba. Sign-up with a partner today! Partners needed, however, we will do our best to match up singles.

Swing Basic
Ages 18+. A thorough and entertaining beginner course. Learn various moves, turns, spins and dips, plus expert technique tips, in just seven weeks. We strongly emphasize good (momentum-based) leading and following technique, because that is the key to becoming a superb dance partner.

Zumba
Ages 14+. Join the ZUMBA party! A fusion of Latin and International music and routines features aerobic/fitness interval training that tone and sculpt the body, maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. You’ll never have more fun.
