Body Combat

Ages 14+. BODYCOMBAT combines kicks, strikes and katas from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine. Music and choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises whole body fitness levels and can reduce your levels of body fat and “bad” cholesterol.

Ages 14+. BODYFLOW is a revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body-forever! Set to uplifting music, BODYFLOW is designed to increase your endurance, make you feel longer and stronger, reduce pain and reduce stress. So get your mind and body into the FLOW – BODYFLOW.

Body Pump

Ages 14+. BODYPUMP is a strength endurance class where muscle and music collide! It is designed to get you the maximum results in the shortest amount of time by working your entire body in one hour. Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all the benefits of weight training, including increased strength, increased metabolism and the “feel good” factor associated with a great total body workout!

Zumba

Ages 14+. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance. Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body and maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

FREEMOTION Weight Loss with Core Strength

Ages 14+. This class provides the proper foundation for stability, strength and balance. It will focus on continuous movements that integrate the entire body * while targeting large muscle groups with lighter workloads, proper respiration, breathing techniques and lengthening the spine along with focusing on body alignment, balance and stability.

Pilates

Ages 14+. This class focuses on improving flexibility, toning and strength for the whole body, utilizing stability balls, weights and your own resistance without building bulk. This is a mat based class, guaranteed to soothe the mind and relax the body.

Beginning Yoga

Ages 14+. Beginning Yoga will teach you yoga poses while improving flexibility and lengthening muscles. It will also help you develop relaxation techniques. HATHA YOGA is an ancient form of self care and fitness that helps you to teach yourself physical and mental wellbeing.

Yoga for the Inflexable

Ages 14+. If you have always wanted to learn Yoga but thought you weren’t flexible enough, this class is for you. Using props, aides and gentle movements, you will succeed in performing basic postures and stretches. Great for people with tight backs and hips!

Yogalates

Ages 14+. Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates techniques that will enhance your flexibility and build core strength. This is a GREAT class for stress relief and relaxation.

Parent & Child Yoga

Ages 5+. Family members have an opportunity to practice together and experience a magical interaction that grounds them as equal partners. They develop strong bonds as they rely and assist each other in the yoga postures. Movement and music are combined with the yoga practice to create a very unique and fun experience.

Total Body Zone (TBZ)

Ages 14+. This class is for the individual looking to combine a strength and cardio workout in one. An individual circuit training class which utilizes cardio and weigh training segments to provide a total body workout. Be prepared for anything…jump rope, squats, plyometrics, Absolo, ZONE interactive. You will use plenty of equipment to shape those muscles and burn calories!

Dance, Dance Revolution

Ages 8 – 13. Dance Dance Revolution is all the rage that’s sweeping the nation. Move to the sound of your favorite songs in a sequence of foot patterns that will have you building a sweat in minutes. Many combinations and levels to choose from. You do not need dance experience to enjoy the activity. Can accommodate 10 players at one time. Game users plus 8 practice pads. DDR program goes through approximately 30+ songs per hour meaning maximum enjoyment and variety!

Zone Circuit Challenge

Ages 8 – 13. Incorporates Trazer, Heavy Ball, 3 Kick, DDR, 3 FREEmotion strength towers, Absolo and select cardio pieces. For variety additional stations utilizing BOSU Trainer, Swedish ball, bands and bars may be incorporated in class.
