Personal Training Programs
Your personal trainer is not only a coach but serves as a motivator and an educator. A novice exerciser may have the most to gain by selecting a personal trainer to design an exercise program that is safe and effective. All personal training includes a complete fitness assessment using MicroFit evaluation program. Partner training and small group training available. See fitness desk for information. Fitness Extras
Fitness Assessments
Obtain baseline measurement of your current fitness level. Receive a customized report of your personal fitness profile, including recommendations. This assessment should be completed prior to any exercise. Sign up at the fitness desk. Fee: $25/$46
Body Composition Screening
Track progress in your weight loss/gain efforts. Find the percentage of change in your body fat and muscle mass. Test takes about 10 minutes. Sign up at the fitness desk. Fee: $5/$12
Virtual Cycling
Our cycling studio is available for you to cycle without an instructor...our fitness staff will set you up in the studio with our virtual cycling DVD's on our plasma screen! Please visit the Fitness Desk for more information! Members Only 1 session $5 - 10 sessions $45
All of our trainers are certified through nationally accredited organizations.
Level 1 nationally certified trainers develop safe, effective programs to enhance cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
Level 2 nationally certified trainers with advanced training and experience to provide you with specialized programming to improve your overall strength, balance and conditioning.
Level 3 nationally certified trainers are seasoned trainers with specialized certifications in such areas as functional training, weight loss, training for seniors and sport specific training.
Level 4 trainers have extensive experience and provide exercise management for clients with a broad spectrum of needs, chronic diseases or disabilities. They have advanced specializations. Experience along with their academic background set them apart and are considered to be the elite in their field.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking. 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. No shows will be charged full rate. Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Payment arrangements are available for any 20, 32 or 48 session package.
