Indoor Triathlon Series
Ages 8+. Scoring is based on total distance covered. Awards presented to each individual event for overall male and female and age group winners. Overall series winner, male and female, and prizes awarded. Pre-registration is required. T-shirt, goody bag and post-race refreshments for each participant. Maximum: 72

FREE Triathlon Clinic
Join the growing rank of triathletes from the age of 7 to 70. Even if you’ve never been swimming in a lake, ridden a bike more than a few miles or even run a mile, you can train to compete a triathlon this summer (including the three held right here in Pleasant Prairie)! This clinic will teach you what you need to know to get started, including:
- Basic equipment to participate
- What to wear
- Training tips and first time races
- Overview of the USAT Juniors, Danskin, and Pleasant Prairie Triathlon
- Other nearby races
- RecPlex training offerings

Triathlon Swim Clinic
Ages 14+. Instruction in body positioning drills that encourage swim efficiency and allow you to come out of the water ready to tackle the bike and run. Participants should purchase “Zoomer” type fins and bring to each session. Returning participants will do workouts reinforcing body positioning.

Tri Cycle Programs
Ages 14+. Class focuses on specific workouts needed for optimal performance in the bike leg of Sprint and International distance triathlons. These include fixed interval sets, pyramids, superspins, standing sprints, tempo sets, one leg spinning drills and recovery.

Tri Brick
Ages 14+. Increase your endurance base with this biking and running class. Start with a 45 -60 minute bike workout, followed by an individual distance run. This class is designed for both novice and experienced triathletes.

Women Training (Group Training Women with Weights)
Ages 14+. Learn new training tips from a certified personal trainer in a group setting. The personal trainer will assess your current fitness level, set you up on an individualized fitness program based on your personal goals and desires and then motivate you to accomplish them. (Tuesday/Thursday class will include alternate weight training using water, FreeMotion, BOSU ball and spin.) If there are 3-6 individuals interested in
