FREE Programs For Members Only
Being a RecPlex member does have its privileges. RecPlex introduces FREE programs to members only. You'll have fun and stay committed to your workout! Sign up at the Fitness Desk for these free programs.
Your name will be placed on the "Work out and Win" board in the lobby on the second level. Each week you record your workouts with fitness staff, and at the end of the eight-week program, celebrate with all who finished these programs at a fun "Workout & Win" Victory Celebration.
You may sign up for any of the following Core Cardio Programs:
- Marathon Miles
- Mountain Trek
- Climb Mt. Everest
- Tour de France
- Beat the Fitness Professional
- Route 66 - Family Challenge
Also for those cardio enthusiasts, try out our advance cardio challenges!
- Biathlon Training: (must cross-train each week with two cardio disciplines)
- Ultra Train - (requires two cardio disciplines per workout)
