Reserve your area for outdoor parties and fun at Prairie Springs Park. Think of us for your party, reunion or special event... we'll help you create the ideal package! Nice weather always brings family and friends together for outdoor activities and fun. Prairie Springs Park and Lake Andrea are great places for outdoor activities. Lake Andrea is open June 9 through September 3. Daily hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Adult lap swim 7:00 am - 10:00 am.
We have picnic areas for rent, as well as our beach pavilion, ballfields, sand volleyball courts and even a private beach area. See the chart below for pricing and time restrictions. Park areas are reserved on a first-come basis, so secure your reservations as soon as possible. Reservations are taken on a calendar year basis, starting January 1 of each year. - Lake Andrea: fishing, swimming, wind surfing, sailing, boating
- Boat landing (no gas powered boats allowed; electric trolling motors only). To put any boat in the water, a DNR watercraft license is needed. Small watercraft may launch from the public ramp at no charge. Those launching small watercraft from Picnic Area #2 and windsurfers launching from Picnic Area #6 must purchase a daily or seasonal Prairie Springs Park pass or be a RecPlex member.
