BODY BLASTER (ALL) I AGES 14+
This high intensity class mixes cardio, calisthenics and bodyweight exercises while incorporating interval and strength training. Be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone for an intense full body workout with various forms of burpees, plyometrics, core strength and partner exercises.

BODYCOMBAT  |  AGES 14+

BodyCombat combines kicks, strikes, and katas from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing, and taekwondo. Music and choreography create a fierce, energetic experience.

CYCLING STRONG  I  AGES 14+

Cycling, cardio and strength training is a high energy routine on the bike with strength and core work off the bike.
GLUTE x CORE I AGES 14+
Strengthen your glutes and core with dynamic exercises. All levels are welcome. Get ready to sweat and feel empowered!
GRIT I AGES 14+
Features 3 unique team training programs that will push you to your max. GRIT Strength, GRIT Athletic and GRIT Cardio.
LM CORE (ALL) I AGES 14+ Focus on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, improving functional strength and injury prevention.

PHAT ATTACK I  AGES 14+

A high energy, fat burning workout incorporating traditional high-low impact movements including strength, plyometrics & core workouts. 
POUND I AGES 14+
A full-body jam session! This workout combines cardio, conditioning and core work with the excitement and euphoria of drumming.
ROCK SOLID I AGES 14+
This class incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and build your overall strength!

SILVER & FIT I  AGES 14+

A moderately challenging class for all levels that has a little of everything, cardio, toning, abs and stretching.

Tabata is a higher intensity workout similar to HiiT which is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and build strength.

TONE UP I AGES 14+
ToneUp is focused to tone and strengthen your muscles through a mix of targeted strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises. This class will help you achieve a leaner, more defined physique!

ZUMBA I  AGES 14+ 

A cardio dance fitness workout with energetic music with Latin steps. (Merengue, Salsa, Reggae-ton, Cumbia, Mambo & More )

Toning, core & strength training. The focus is on continuous movements that target all muscle groups for overall conditioning. 

$G.I.T FIT I  INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

Group Interval Training with interval circuits alternating high-moderate intensity, using kettlebells, disc, bosu balls, steps, plobox, logs, punching bags. 
$KICKBOXING (ALL) I AGES 14+ A full-body strength and conditioning workout, with various bodyweight exercises within boxing rounds to create a high-intensity boxing fitness experience.
$MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS I AGES 14+

$TRX I  INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCE

Develop strength, endurance & balance utilizing your own body weight with TRX straps, Kettle bells & Discs.

$AMPLIFIED FLOW YOGA I AGES 14+ This class is designed to amplify your flow. Expect a dynamic, strength focused warm up to promote fluidity in the body and prepare you for where you're going. Use this time to get playful with your practice!

Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves

Specific poses and sequences that are designed to help students access and understand their core.

$GENTLE YOGA  I  AGES 14+

Gentle class is slower paced yoga making it accessible to students of all sizes, ages, and abilities. This class offers a balance of easeful movement, breath awareness and regulation, and conscious relaxation. Enjoy full body deep stretching with or without assistance of props. 

$PILATES  I AGES 14+ 

Improves flexibility, toning & strength for the whole body, using balls, weights & your own resistance. 

$POP PILATES I AGES 14+
Combines dance choreography with pilates moves for an intense total body workout that is FUN and effective.

$YOGA (ALL)  I  AGES 14+ 

The instructor will guide you into poses safely and help modify the movement to be either more challenging or less stressful for your body. For both new and intermediate students. 

$RESTORATIVE YOGA I AGES 14+
A restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters.

$YIN YOGA I AGES 14+
This practice targets the deepest tissues of the body. A slow-paced style of yoga focusing on holding poses for a long period of time, stretching and opening the joints up.

$YOGALATES (ALL) I AGES 14+ Yogalates pairs energetic music to yoga and pilates movements. This fun packed class will improve your strength, balance, mobility and flexibility.
