Youth Strength Blitz
Ages 8-13. Tailored specifically for lively youngsters aged 8-13 aiming to enhance muscle tone, strength and agility.

Kids Yoga

Ages 8-13. Designed to enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. This class also improves concentration and sense of calmness.

Kids Kickboxing

Ages 8-13. Provides a full-body strength and conditioning workout incorporating various body weight exercises within boxing rounds to create a boxing fitness experience.

TNT Fitness

The TNT fitness passport will allow TNT users access to limited areas of the Fitness Center. Keep in mind, safety of our children is our #1 priority. It is for this reason that we have placed the following policies in place.
Age requirements

  • 11-12 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the TNT Fitness Area
  • 13 year olds may workout without adult supervision, but must stay in designated TNT Fitness area at all times

Training Requirements

Prior to purchasing the TNT Fitness passport, the following training requirements must be completed.

  • TNT Fitness Training: 1 - 60 minute session w/ a Fitness Trainer. Enrollment can be made at the Fitness Desk. Fee: $75 for the session.
Fitness Center Usage

There is a designated area with Treadmills, Bikes, FreeMotion columns, & Functional Training equipment for TNT users.


One time fee of $75 to cover the 60 minute 1 on 1 TNT training session
